Introduction:

Our precision coating machine is designed for thermally reactive coatings on paper by latest technology. The coated thermal paper are good at many applications such as ATM / POS receipt paper, venue tickets, boarding pass, airline baggage labels, retail shelf tags, meat carcass labels. 

We have good experiences of high quality thermal paper coating machines and aim at building high performance machines for customer worldwide. The machine has excellent tension control and web handling to make sure no wrinkling and scratches-free on paper surface. Reverse gravure roll coater or curtain coater are recommended typically for the coating of thermal paper. It not only can achieve low coating amount, but also stress the surface of paper substrate less and make a good coating as a result. Our coating machine have turret unwinder and rewinder with fully auto splicing, and the complete machine is controlled by PLC system on HMI.
