Introduction:

The 5-roller silicone coating machine is used mainly for producing release paper and release film. The machine is characteristic of high speed and high precision control, with smart machine design and high-standard electric configuration.  

The coating of base paper can be classified into single-sided coating and double-sided coating. Single-sided coating is to coat only one side of the base paper; double-sided coating is to coat both sides of the base paper. Whether it is single-sided coated paper or double-sided coated paper, it can be divided into single-layer coating (first coating) and double-layer coating (secondary coating). Double-layer coating is mostly used to produce higher quality requirements. Coated printing paper with high coating weight.
